Apartments

The Bärige is a tastefully furnished apartment for 2-4 people with access to the garden, with garden furniture for 4 people (prepared in the boiler room).

This holiday apartment has two bedrooms with a Sembella box spring bed (1 bed/1 mattress, open foot of the bed) for 2 people. In bedroom there is a wardrobe and two bedside tables.

An additional orthopedic head pad/Sembella is located in the wardrobe.

Kitchen is equipped with Bosch electrical appliances: refrigerator with freezer compartment, ceramic hob, dishwasher, extractor hood, coffee machine (filter and Nespresso), toaster, kettle. Cookware and cooking utensils, coffee, tea, sugar and spices are provided.

Detergent/tabs for the dishwasher available. There is no possibility to do laundry in the house (laundromat in the village St. Johann), but there is an iron with an ironing board and a vacuum cleaner.

In the living room there is a pull-out sofa (in case “snoring” is the only problem) and satellite TV.

In the entrance area there is a barrier-free shower with a toilet with a washbasin (hair dryer, straightener, cosmetic mirror). Towels are available for free (1 bath towel+1 guest towel+1 face/person) and a separate toilet.

There is underfloor heating throughout the house, electric blinds and free WiFi.

If required: travel cot, high chair…

We attach great importance to recycling, waste separation system in place.

Smoking and pets are prohibited throughout the house.

There are two partly covered parking spaces free of charge.

The Kloane: a small but very comfortable, newly built holiday apartment is actually a 1-room studio with an integrated kitchen-cum-living room for 1 to 2 people.

The sleeping area of this holiday apartment is furnished with a Sembella box spring bed (1 bed/1 mattress, the foot of the bed is open), two bedside tables and a wardrobe. From the sleeping area you can access a small balcony with a view of the Niederkaiser and Kalkstein Mountain, if necessary and depending on the weather, balcony furniture for 2-3 people is prepared in the boiler room.

Kitchen is equipped with Bosch electrical appliances: refrigerator with freezer compartment, 2 ceramic hobs, extractor hood, dishwasher, coffee machine (filter and Nespresso), toaster, kettle. Cookware and utensils, coffee, tea and condiments are provided. The living area has a couch and satellite TV.

In the entrance area there is a barrier-free shower with toilet and washbasin (hair dryer, cosmetic mirror). Towels are available free of charge.

There is underfloor heating throughout the house, radio in every room, electric blinds and free WiFi.

Smoking and pets are prohibited throughout the house.

There is a partially covered parking lot free of charge.
